Bridget Jones Baby

Bridget Jones Baby is really too much fun! I never stopped laughing from start to finish, and I was captivated until the awesome happy ending.

I didn’t miss Hugh Grant one bit. Rene Zellweger, Colin Firth and Patrick Dempsey form the perfect love triangle and like I said, their antics are hilarious.

This sweet animated 3D movie is absolutely awesome. If you can imagine Ancient Japanese Folklore joining the incredible Japanese art of Origami, and mixed with a touch of magic, then you will have an idea of how special this movie is! The kaleidoscope of colours, scary and mythical creatures and a heart-warming story make seeing this movie a unique experience.

The Boss

Any movie starring Melissa McCarthy has to be funny, and this one is no exception. Although not in the league of Bridesmaids, Identity Theft or Spy, there are some hilarious scenes and the movie is an easy watch.

Michelle Darnell (played by Melissa McCarthy) suffers from a rejection complex after spending most of her youth in a children’s home, and not being able to bond with a stream of potential adoptive parents.

She decides that she doesn’t need people, and that she is going to make a success of her life, no matter what!

Remember

Remember is a very special movie

Being Jewish, obviously, the subject matter of this drama is very close to my heart, but it’s a poignant film that will touch the hearts of everyone who has the privilege of seeing it.

The movie begins in an American old aged home/frail care facility. Zev Guttman (Played by Christopher Plummer), is an Auschwitz survivor who has just lost his wife, but since he is suffering from dementia, he keeps forgetting that she is dead and continually calls out for her.

Max Rosenbaum (played by Martin Landau) knows Guttman form their Auschwitz days and reminds him that a blockfuhrer by the name of Otto Wallisch murdered both their families and then immigrated to America, and changed his name to Rudy Kurlander. Since Max is confined to a wheelchair he convinces Zev to find Wallisch and seek revenge for the atrocities he committed during the war.

Hail Caesar

Hail Caesar is so witty and absolutely hilarious!

This brilliant comedy, set in early fifties Hollywood, was written, produced and directed by the Coen Brothers, known for memorable blockbusters like True Grit, Intolerable Cruelty and Millers Crossing.

The movie centres around Eddie Mannix (Played by James Brolin), who heads production at Capitol Pictures and doubles as a “Fixer”, putting out fires and keeping the real life escapades of his leading actors and actresses out of the media. The hilarious Scandal sheet columnist sisters Thora and Thessaly Thacker (both played by Tilda Swinton) are an ever present thorn in his side.

Daddy’s Home is Hilarious!
Seriously, if you are looking for a good laugh, this is the movie for you! A little predictable, but oh so funny.
Brad is married to Sara, who has two kids, Megan and Dylan, from a previous marriage. The kids really don’t like the sweet, gentle, Brad, no matter how hard he tries to be a good stepfather.
