My response handling service includes taking your brief, ie. The man spec, job description, pertinent information about the company, remuneration package etc. I then write the copy and have the ad set into your corporate house style, with your logo. The Advertisement If you have an existing design, the ad will be set in accordance with your specifications. If you want something new and eye-catching, we will design a border for you and send it through to you for your approval. I will assist you with media advice and selection and once you have approved the ad, I will go ahead and place it in the relevant medium. The response will be directed to me via fax and e-mail and I screen the applications to the extent that the candidates meet the inherent requirements of the job. If you prefer not to identify your company name, I can do an anonymous ad for you, with an attractive border and the RecruitRite logo or no logo at all, depending on your preference. I will not disclose the name of the company to anybody at all – not even the media! This is a useful method of advertising if you do not want to be identified as a recruiter in the press, for any number of reasons.
