The Dinosaur that is Jurassic Park has been Resurrected in the form of the absolutely Mammoth 3D movie:
Jurassic World is the Fourth movie in the Jurassic Park series. Directed by Colin Trevorrow, and released by Universal Films, the theme is similar to the first movie, but has a talented new cast and high tech effects, in keeping with the 21st century.
The movie begins when brothers Zach and Gray board a flight bound for Isla Nublar, close to the Costa Rica, the site of the spectacular theme park Jurassic World. Their Aunt Claire (played by Bryce Dallas Howard) is the park’s Operations Manager and she has invited the boys to visit the Island, and promised their mother that she will take care of them.
The Dinosaur Theme Park is very high tech and innovative and there are many different attractions, reminiscent of Disney world or Epcott Centre. The park is owned by Simon Masrani and goes way beyond the theme park that John Hammond initially envisaged.
Owen Grady (Played by Chris Pratt) has a way with the dinosaurs and has been employed to train the park’s Velociraptors, named Blue, Echo, Delta and Charlie. They are vicious man eating creatures that can’t really be tamed but Owen does have a way with them, as long as they are contained and unable to attack.
In order to ensure continued interest in the park and repeat visits by tourists, the park geneticists have been commissioned to create a hybrid Dinosaur, bigger and more intimidating then even the Raptors. The huge beast is called Indominus Rex and whist Claire’s nephews are visiting the island the Hybrid escapes causing death, destruction and pandemonium in its wake. Claire and Owen the park security team are responsible for finding and capturing the Indominus before she can do any more damage. Add to this the fact that Claire ‘s nephews have disappeared somewhere in the park during the chaos, and you have a fast paced, exciting fantasy adventure film guaranteed to delight young and old alike.
Steven Spielberg acts as Executive Producer, together with Thomas Tull and the movie was produced by Frank Masrshall.
The movie is being released worldwide on Friday, 12 June and is classified 10-12 PGV.
